Visiting the site

• We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
• Fonts and images are served from this site itself; your browser does not contact Google or any third party to display the pages.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and protect them from attack. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Sharing a memory

The “Share a memory” form does not send or store anything on this website. It opens a pre-filled email in your own email program, which you choose whether to send to hello@savemorestores.co.uk.

If you email us, we keep your message, name, email address and any photographs you send so that we can reply, and — only with your permission — publish your memory on the Memory Wall under the name you choose. Your email address is never published. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the archive. Ask us at any time to remove your memory or delete your details, and we will.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to its use. Email hello@savemorestores.co.uk. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
